These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Monetiscope’s services, products, platforms, tools, plugins, dashboards, websites, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Monetiscope services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Monetiscope

Monetiscope is a digital advertising and monetization solutions provider offering services including but not limited to:
  • Google AdX onboarding and monetization
  • Managed Account (MA) and Managed Inventory (MI) solutions
  • oRTB, endpoints, and header bidding integrations
  • Reporting dashboards and analytics
  • WordPress plugins (including AdX Ad Inserter)
  • Publisher support, optimization, and consulting services

2. Eligibility

You must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Use the Services for lawful business purposes only
Monetiscope services are intended for publishers, app developers, and businesses, not individual consumers.

3. Scope of Services

Monetiscope provides technical, operational, and advisory support related to ad monetization.
Monetiscope:
  • Does not guarantee revenue
  • Does not control advertiser demand
  • Does not own publisher traffic or inventory
All monetization results depend on traffic quality, inventory, demand, and compliance.

4. Google AdX & Third-Party Platforms

Monetiscope services may rely on third-party platforms such as:
  • Google Ad Manager / Google AdX
  • Authorized Buyers / DSPs
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers
You agree that:
  • Google’s policies and terms apply independently
  • Monetiscope is not responsible for decisions made by Google or DSPs
  • Account suspensions, limitations, or policy actions are outside Monetiscope’s control

5. Publisher Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:
  • Compliance with Google AdX, GAM, and applicable ad policies
  • Traffic quality and content legality
  • Proper consent management (GDPR, CMP, CCPA, etc.)
  • Correct implementation of ads, scripts, and ad units
  • Any content, code, or ads served on your properties
Monetiscope is not liable for publisher violations.

6. Managed Inventory (MI) & Managed Account (MA)

  • In Managed Inventory, ad units, pricing, and demand are managed by Monetiscope or its partners
  • In Managed Account, publishers retain greater control
You acknowledge that:
  • MI setups may limit direct access or control
  • Optimization decisions are made by AdOps experts
  • Payment timelines may differ from self-managed accounts

7. Reporting & Dashboard

Monetiscope may provide reporting dashboards using:
  • Google Ad Manager APIs
  • oRTB and DSP APIs
Reports are provided for transparency and insight and may be subject to:
  • API delays
  • Data reconciliation
  • Adjustments by demand partners
Reported data is indicative, not final accounting.

8. Payments & Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed:
  • Payments are processed after final revenue confirmation
  • Publishers may be required to raise invoices
  • Payment timelines are communicated separately
  • Monetiscope is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect invoices
    • Missing documents
    • Banking issues
    • Compliance checks

9. Plugins & Tools (Including AdX Ad Inserter)

  • Plugins are provided “as is”
  • Monetiscope does not guarantee compatibility with all themes or plugins
  • Publishers are responsible for testing before production use
  • Monetiscope may update, modify, or discontinue tools at any time

10. Free & Paid Services

  • Some services are offered free of charge
  • Monetiscope may introduce paid or subscription-based features
  • Paid features will be clearly disclosed
  • Continued use of free features does not obligate payment

11. AI Chatbot & Support

Support tools, including AI chatbots:
  • Are provided for assistance only
  • May not always produce accurate or complete responses
  • Should not be considered legal, financial, or policy advice
Publishers should verify critical decisions independently.

12. Intellectual Property

All Monetiscope trademarks, software, content, designs, and documentation are the property of Monetiscope.
You may not:
  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
Without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monetiscope shall not be liable for:
  • Revenue loss
  • Account suspension
  • Policy violations
  • Website or app downtime
  • Data discrepancies
  • Business interruptions
Use of Monetiscope services is at your own risk.

14. Termination

Monetiscope may:
  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Discontinue services
  • Restrict usage
If:
  • Terms are violated
  • Policies are breached
  • Misuse or abuse is detected
Publishers may stop using services at any time.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monetiscope from claims arising from:
  • Your content
  • Your traffic
  • Policy violations
  • Legal non-compliance

16. Modifications to Terms

Monetiscope may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
